Landlord Left Furious After Person Uses His Words Against Him

A landlord from hell is one who doesn’t give you your deposit back. He asks you to leave a house in mint condition yet refuses to do any repairs. This greedy landlord said he won’t repair a dryer because it technically wasn’t his. So, the tenant applied that same logic and got a little extra cash using the appliances that the landlord apparently didn’t own.
